Data and legal basis

Name, work email, company, optional website, proposed decision, timeframe and message. Required fields are necessary to assess your enquiry. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it does not authorise marketing.

Recipients and retention

Requests go to Christophe Vally, with OVHcloud providing hosting and email services. The website does not create a contact database. Messages are retained in the mailbox and are targeted for deletion within 6 months after the last exchange if no engagement follows. Contractual records are subject to separately defined retention periods.

Security and operation

A necessary technical session protects form submissions. An identifier derived from the IP address, not reversible without the server key, limits abusive submissions for one hour. Message contents are not stored in these counters. The host may process technical logs under its own terms.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction as provided by applicable law. Contact the controller by post at the address above or through the form, without providing an identity document at first contact. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and external resources

No advertising, analytics or marketing trackers are integrated. Fonts and visual resources are served locally. Only the technical form cookie is used when the form is activated; it has no advertising purpose.
