A first France hire
Before a commercial assumption becomes a fixed cost.
FRANCE EXPANSION RED-TEAM
A first hire. An agency. A new campaign. Your next commitment deserves an independent challenge. The Sprint tests your France expansion case against available evidence, before you commit more resources.
B2B software & tech · Written exchanges · Defined scope
The conclusion follows the evidence.
The case supports a bounded test.
An assumption needs a tighter focus.
The commitment is not yet justified.
The Sprint fee does not depend on its conclusion.
01 / THE RIGHT MOMENT
The point is not to commission another market report. It is to understand what can still change in your decision.
Before a commercial assumption becomes a fixed cost.
Before committing budget to a segment you have not yet tested.
Before adapting your offer without clarifying buyer expectations.
02 / WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A critical review of your expansion case, focused on the proposed spend and what needs to be true to proceed.
An evidence review alone cannot establish that French customers will buy. Where an uncertainty requires a real-world test, it remains explicitly open.
What the available evidence supports, contradicts and leaves unresolved.
Credible alternatives, existing solutions and barriers to your positioning.
The material sources and limitations behind the recommendation.
A question to resolve, a capped commitment and criteria to continue or stop.

PUBLIC SAMPLE / 1 PAGE
A UK SaaS company is considering its first commercial commitment in France. This illustration shows how a review can lead to a narrower scope before investing.
Illustrative, non-commissioned case. Fictional client and budget; public, dated market evidence. This is not a client result.

03 / THE SCOPE
04 / GETTING STARTED
A few details to identify the decision and check whether the Sprint fits.
If there is a fit: a detailed brief, defined scope, schedule and quotation in writing.
Starts after acceptance, cleared deposit and a complete brief. Balance under the agreed quotation terms.

I take responsibility for the review and final recommendation. The Sprint challenges your case against the available evidence, including when it points towards narrowing or postponing the commitment.
AI may support research and structuring. Evidence verification and responsibility for the conclusion remain human.
THE ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS
You receive a quotation after the scope has been checked. Deliverables, timing, deposit and balance terms are agreed before you commit. There is no payment on this website.
On the date confirmed in writing, after acceptance of the quotation, receipt of the cleared deposit, a complete brief and authorised materials. Submitting this form does not start the Sprint.
Your existing analysis can be part of the brief. The intended value is an independent challenge with accountability for the conclusion. A longer or better-looking report alone does not justify an engagement.
The initial process is written and asynchronous. The request, scoping and exchanges take place by email, keeping the scope and decisions explicit.
No. The standard Sprint reviews available evidence and authorised materials. Where primary research is needed, it defines the next test; executing that test is not included.
The form first checks whether your question fits the offer. It is neither an order nor a free market study. An engagement only starts after a quotation has been accepted.
YOUR NEXT DECISION
Describe one decision. These details help establish whether the Sprint fits, before a more detailed brief.
